What if something is wrong with my parts?
Every
item we sell is carefully inspected before it is shipped. If
merchandise is shipped incorrectly, defective or damaged upon receipt
please contact us IMMEDIATELY after your package arrives so we can
initiate an insurance claim with the shipping company. All claims MUST
be made within 2 business days of receipt.
Can I return my order for a refund?
Orders
may be returned only if unopened and unused. Sales invoice must
accompany ALL returns, warranties and cores. All merchandise MUST be
returned in original packaging and in resalable condition. No refund on
electrical items, special orders or items over 10 days old (this term
is based on postal stamp on item package) includes and no returns
without an RGA (Returned Goods Authorization) number.
